Awesome Pass Upgrade - Including Accommodation & Vessel Transfers

Details

Book an Awesome Pass and then you can choose when you want to travel, which resorts you want to stay at and the number of nights at each. Our reservations team will check availability at each of the resorts for the dates and room types you have selected and get in touch with you with the final confirmation details. Alternatively, you can just book the resorts as you travel through the Yasawa Islands but we do recommend booking your first two nights before leaving Port Denarau, just to be sure! ITINERARY:  In each region, your clients will be booked into one of the following resorts - they just need to select whether they want to stay in a Dorm or a Private Bure (accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed by our reservations team)

Awesome Pass Upgrade - again this pass offers accommodation at a range of resorts but all offer a higher level of private bure room types, with en suites - some absolute beachfront - perfect for those that like to splash out a bit on their accommodation!


Awesome Pass - Upgrade (pre-paid meal plans in place at all resorts which are to be paid at the resort) Higher room category Bures with more facilities, such as private en suites and often beachfront locations at:
- South Sea Island: Beachfront Bure (private ensuite, Fan)
- Barefoot Kuata Island Resort: Either a Beachfront Bure OR a Beachfront Safari Bure (private ensuite,fan)
- Octopus Resort: Garden Bure (private ensuite, fan)
- Mantaray Island Resort: Either a Reef Bure OR a Family Reef Bure OR a Beachfront Villa (private ensuite, fan)
- Barefoot Manta Island Resort: Either a Beachfront Adi (Queen) Bure OR a Beachfront Levu (Large) Bure OR a Beachfront Island Bure (private ensuite, Fan)
- Blue Lagoon Beach Resort: Garden Villa (private ensuite, fan)
- Oarsman's Bay Lodge: Either a Beachfront Bure OR an Oceanview Bure (private ensuite, aircon)
- Coconut Beach Resort: Either a Garden Villa OR a Beachfront Bungalow OR a Seaview Villa (private ensuite, fan)
- Paradise Cove Resort: Garden Bungalow (private ensuite, aircon). Important: If staying at Paradise Cove as part of an Awesome Pass, meals are not able to be pre-purchased therefore, meals for all resorts in the pass are to be paid directly to each resort stayed at once in Fiji

Itinerary

Day 1 : Awesome Pass
Jump onboard the Yasawa Flyer and explore island resorts freestyle with pre-paid vessel transfers, accommodation. Check out the map on the Awesome Adventures Website for a list of all the Yasawa and selected Mamanuca Island resorts you can stay at. Your Pass is activated on the first day of travel and remains valid until the last day inclusively – these dates will be shown on your Pass. All you have to do is choose where to next and when! An extension of the Bula Pass, the Awesome Pass gives you a hassle-free way to pay for your accommodation and transfers before leaving the mainland. Book your first two nights well in advance of your departure to avoid sleeping on the beach! Some resorts are more popular, so plan a bit ahead. Choose between 5 day/4 night, 6 day/5 night, 7 day/6 night, 8 day/9 night, 9 day/8 night, 10 day/9 night, 11 day/10 night, 12 day/11 night, 13 day/12 night, 14 day/13 night,15 day/14 nights Passes.

Pickups / Departures

The South Sea Cruises Vessel deaprts from Port Denarau at  8:45am 

Coach Transfers: Complimentary scheduled coach transfers to/from Port Denarau Marina are provided by Awesome Adventures Fiji to/from most Nadi, Denarau & Wailoaloa area hotels/resorts as well as from Nadi Airport. Return transfers must be booked in advance. Please note, there is only one coach returning to hotels/resorts in the Wailoaloa area and to Nadi Airport, departing Denarau each afternoon at approximately 6:15 pm.
No refunds are available on any subsequent services if the client(s) fail to board the courtesy coach from their pre-booked pick-up location.  It is advisable for clients to be at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to the advertised collection time to ensure they do not miss the coach as getting to/from Port Denarau will then be at their own expense. Extras

  • Meals are NOT included in the accommodation price and the set Meal Plan costs must be either prepaid at the time of booking or paid directly at each of the resorts upon check-in (in Fijian dollars). Prices are determined by the resorts and may be subject to price increases as each Resort reserves the right to change the cost of their compulsory meal packages (not common but can happen).  Meals are normally served at specific times of the day e.g., breakfast 8am – 9am, providing an opportunity for you to meet fellow travellers. Meal plans commence from arrival at your resort. You will generally arrive at your resort in time for lunch, therefore day one will include Lunch and Dinner.  On the day of your departure from each resort, only Breakfast will be included.  Should your resort connection not depart for your next destination until after lunch and you wish to have lunch while waiting this will be at your own cost.  If you have not already advised us, we recommend that you notify your resort as soon as you arrive if you have any dietary requirements.
  • Meal plans commence from arrival at your resort. You will arrive at your resort in time for lunch, therefore day one will include Lunch and Dinner.  Breakfast only will be included on date of your departure from the resort.  Should your resort connection not depart for your next destination until after lunch and you wish to have lunch while waiting this meal will be at your own cost.
