Itinerary

Day 1 : Whitehaven Beach Day
Sail to Whitehaven Beach north end where you will enjoy a 15 minute walk through the rainforest to Hill Inlet Lookout to view the world famous swirling sands of Whitehaven Beach. One of the most popular sights for Instagram photo's in Australia! Lookout for stingrays and lemon sharks which can sometimes be sighted from the lookout! Then walk down to Whitehaven Beach - a prestine 7km long silica sandy beach and spend a few hours soaking up the sun and the stunning views, take a swim to refresh in the cool turquoise waters. Back onboard for a sail to another island to discover the underwater world of fish and coral of the great Barrier Reef fringing reefs around the Whitsunday Islands. Watch the sunset from the deck of the boat whilst sipping a refreshing cold bear or wine (BYO). Meals included on day 1 include a welcome fruit platter upon boarding, buffet style lunch, afternoon tea, predinner snacks and Big Aussie BBQ !

Day 2 : Snorkel and Sail
Up early to catch the sunrise if you please and enjoy a sail to your first snorkel destination of the day. Abundant coral and fish awaits! Then onto a second snorkel sight or prestine beach to be amazed by more under water life. Set sail for Airlie Beach listing to some summer tunes and you sift through your photos on the way home to Airlie Beach. Arriving back at the marina at approx. 4pm Meal included in day 2 include breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee and biscuits

Meeting Information

  • Our Departure is from Coral Sea Marina - Northern Village at the meeting point B (at the big Roundabout) near Sorrento's Bar
  • Meeting Time is 8:00 am sharp!
  • Our crew will meet you at the roundabout at 8am take you to the boat from the meeting point.
  • Please do not be late as we do not hold the boat

    Are You Walking?
    From Airlie Beach lagoon its less than a 10 minute walk, following the Bicentenial Walkway along the boardwalk with the water to your right handside. Continue through Coral Sea Resort until you arrive at Sorrento's Bar. The checkin is by the big roundabout 200m past Sorrento's Bar.

    Are You Driving?
    Allow 5 minutes from Airlie Beach (10 minutes from Cannonvale) plus a 5-minute walk to the meeting point from the carpark. 
    Car Parking - there are two options to pay
    EzyPark App. 
    Please Download this beforehand; you will need to enter the vehicle's registration into the app and what time you will be back (4.30 pm is best). The app accepts credit or debit card payments.
    Card payment - there are ticket machines in the car park (but the app is way more accessible).
    There is no way to pay for parking with cash at the marina.
