We start the day by sharing a Spotify Playlist for everyone to contribute too. While everyone is adding tunes in, we get to know everyone and ask what everyone wants to do. We give a bit of an explanation about how the day works and what options there are.....We figure out who likes what kind of drinks...are there any wine-connesuirs in the group? Are there alcoholics? Are there people that just want nice photos and a good time?
We figure all that out and then make a plan for the day that we can agree with. We find most of the time people don't mind tooooo much what we do but generally... the itinerary looks like this..

We depart everyday from the front of St Pauls Cathedral at 8:45am. This is technically at 210 FLINDERS STREET, MELBOURNE. We arrive there at 8:30 and will leave by 8:55. We arrive back there at 5:00pm roughly. We park on the flinders street side of St Pauls (not flinders lane), in front of the stairs. We will email the customer the day before the tour to explain all the minor details, but if you are later than 8:55, then we leave without you, so please take time seriously. Please allow 15 minutes for bad traffic and public transport issues.
Any Wines you want to buy. Lunch and drinks at the lunch venue is at your own expense as well as the final winery if you choose to got here instead of the chocolate tasting.
